How To Order
Things to consider when ordering

ZāGO switch boots seal the switch
and panel mounting hole from hostile
environments such as water, dust,
oil, humidity, sand and dirt.

Burrs on switch bushing threads or
sealing surface may cause the seal
boot to fail. They can cut the seal
or damage boot threads. In order for
the seal boot to perform properly
these burrs will need to be removed.

Proper installation is necessary. Do
not over-tighten. See installation
instructions on how to install
switch boot.

Standard color is gray. Other colors
are available upon request. We can
color match for your application.

Choose the right size boot for you
application. Our technical staff is
available for assistance.

We offer standard thread sizes
listed. Custom sizes are available
upon request.

Durometer – We offer our boots in
30, 50 and 60 durometer. Typically
toggles boots are made in 50
durometer silicone while push button
and rotary boots are made in 60
durometer silicone.

ZāGO’s switch boots are manufactured
based on the same design and
engineering principles used in
demanding military and industrial
application. ZāGO switch boots are
also available in High Strength
Commercial Silicone.
